Bright room with a view!

Hello, I am leaving my room in a shared flat.

Its a two-storey apartment with a big shared kitchen and living room thats fully open to the terrace. The terrace is perfect for summer night grilling with an outdoor couch and seats.

Furthermore, on the first floor there is one room and bathroom. On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms and one bathroom.

The room is very bright with an amazing view. All the furniture is included

The location is well conntected: S-Bahn - Traisengasse, Bus 11A,B, Tram line 2, U1 at Vorgartenstrasse. Very close to the Danube, ideal for people who like to escape to the nature very easily.

The other roomates are all aged between 25-28, all working and sociable people from other parts of Europe. The apartment is quite social with activities such as occasional dinners or movie nights (there is a video projector ;), but also respect for privacy of course.

In the house is a storage room for bikes, cellar compartment and possibility to rent a garage parking spot.
