### ROOM ###
A bright and cozy 13 m² room will be available from November 1st in our friendly 3-person shared apartment. The room is fully furnished, so you can move in easily — no need to buy furniture or bring household items. It includes a comfortable bed with mattress, a wardrobe, a desk with chair and monitor, and plenty of storage space. There’s no extra payment required for the furniture.

The apartment has a modern kitchen with a dishwasher, a spacious bathroom, and a washing machine.

The all-inclusive rent is €600 per month — there are no additional costs. Internet, heating, electricity, and all other utilities are already included. The deposit is €500.

A special highlight: the building has a private courtyard garden with benches and green space that only residents can use — perfect for relaxing, enjoying a coffee outside, or working in the fresh air.

### LOCATION ###
The apartment is perfectly located with excellent public transport connections. The main train station (Hauptbahnhof) is just a 10-minute walk away, and the U1 metro (Keplerplatz station) is only 5 minutes on foot — direct line to Stephansplatz and the city center. Several supermarkets such as Billa and Hofer are within a 5-minute walk, and there are also gyms like FitInn and McFit close by. If you own a car, you’ll usually find a parking spot right in front of the building on public spaces. Private parking or a garage can also be rented separately if needed. It’s an ideal spot whether you work, study, or just love exploring Vienna.

### Flat-Life ###
Our WG life is uncomplicated and friendly. Everyone enjoys having their own private space, but we also like to hang out in the kitchen, cook together, chat, or share a meal. The atmosphere is easygoing — a mix of working, studying, and enjoying the city. We keep things clean and respectful, but it’s definitely not a strict or boring household. If you’re new to Vienna, we’re happy to give you tips about the city. We sometimes go to the gym, explore cafés, or just relax at home. International flatmates are very welcome — we speak English and German.

It’s perfect if you want a hassle-free move-in: just bring your clothes and personal items — everything else is already here.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, plates, glasses, pots, and pans — no need to buy anything extra.

All costs are included in the €600 rent: Wi-Fi, electricity, gas, heating, and insurance.
