WG-Zimmer Lehen

Hi! From October 1st, I’m looking for a roommate for my apartment in Lehen. The room is about 8 m² (2,2m wide, 3,7m deep with 2,5m ceiling height) but there’s a big living room where it's more spacious as well as a bathroom, toilet and kitchen. The building has two elevators, shared laundry rooms and the ground floor has plenty of storage for a bike as well.

The room is unfurnished (except for a wardrobe). The rest of the apartment is furnished and contains the necessary appliances for the kitchen. Rent is €400 per month (excluding electricity & internet). Deposit: €1000. For now the room is available until middle of February with the potential of overtaking the apartment from next semester as main tenant.

The location’s great: well connected, supermarkets and everything important close by, and Lehen’s a pretty relaxed place to live. The closest busstop is Fasaneriestraße and is 5 minutes away by foot and connects with lines 1, 7, 8 and 11. The apartment is also very close to the salzach, allowing easy access both to nature and the city centre, which is only 10 minutes away by bike.

I’m 25 and from Sweden, and currently doing my master’s in Salzburg.

A bit about me: I like playing padel and guitar and i'm starting the second year of my master in political science. My German is also not great so some English proficiency would be ideal.
