Hello all! I'm looking for someone to take over my apartment at Wagramerstraße 2A. It's on the 3rd floor, facing southeast, so you'll enjoy beautiful natural light in the mornings. The building is quiet and peaceful, with mostly young professionals living here. The neighbors are international, friendly, and helpful, and the Vienna International Center is very nearby—ideal for UN staff or expats.

A Billa is located right downstairs (1-minute walk), and both Spar and Hofer are within a 10-minute walk.
The Donauinsel station is just a 3-minute walk away, getting you to the city center in around 15 minutes. Kaisermühlen station is also close—just a five to six-minute walk.
You're right next to Copa Beach, perfect for summer relaxation or a swim.

The kitchen is already installed. There is a nice balcony included.
The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and cooling.
