A bright, fully furnished room in our modern 4-person shared apartment (WG) is available starting 15th October! Located in Maximilianstraße, just a short walk from Triumphorte, the train station, and the Altstadt, this is the perfect spot for anyone who wants to live in the heart of the city.
Bonus: We’re an English-speaking WG, so if you’re new to the city or prefer communicating in English, you’ll feel right at home!

The Room:
Size: 13m², west-facing with plenty of natural light.
Quiet: Overlooks the inner courtyard—no traffic noise!
Furnished: Comes with a wardrobe, desk, desk chair, and bed, so you can move in hassle-free. I would leave this furniture for a fee we can discuss.

The Apartment:
Our WG is modern, spacious, and spread over two floors. Here’s what you’ll find:
4 Bedrooms: Each roommate has their own private space.
Shared Spaces:
Fully equipped kitchen with a new induction stovetop, oven, and dishwasher.
Dining area for shared meals and conversations.
Bathroom with a toilet + an additional separate toilet.
Keller (basement) for extra storage.
Inner yard with bike parking space.
Rooftop terrace: A massive 360° rooftop terrace with stunning views—perfect for gatherings, relaxing, or enjoying the sunset.

Location Highlights:
Public transport: Extremely well-connected to buses and trains.
Walking distance:
10 min to the train station.
10 min to the Altstadt.

The people:
We are a group of friends who decided to move in together two years ago. We are all working and we like to do stuff together in our free time. We really value the atmosphere of friendship that we created and we don’t want to lose that, so that’s why we’re looking for someone similar to us!
We like to occasionally have friends over, cooking and eating together, doing movie and game nights! Hope you like this stuff as well!
We like to live in a clean and tidy environment, and we would appreciate someone who shares this!
