Hi lovely room hunters.

My name is Jarek and I am looking for a new tenants in lovely, gay friendly WG.

I am 38 years young professional guy working full time in logistic. In my free time I love to spend time in the mountains or on the bicycle. I do love to socialise with others but also respect people's privacy. I do like to cook and even more to eat in or out.

Ideally I am looking for other professionals who are clean, tidy and calm, preferably none smokers but it's not set on stone.

The flat is really nice and good located (Pradl), there is loats of common space like big living room, big terrace and big garden for BBQs or just to sit there and enjoy the singing birds.
The rooms are 12 square meters and 22 square meters. Available from 1st July and 1st August. Small room is 370€ and the big one 475€ including all the bills. There is also two months worth deposit required.

One more little thing, my German isn't great as yet, and mostly I am communicating in English, I hope this is not a problem. If you do not speak English it's not a problem at all, even better for me as I will have to learn German faster lol
