The house has a garden which can be used by the inhabitants (e.g. for grilling). There is also a room in the cellar which you can use. The apartment is in the first floor, there is also an elevator. Parking places are available normally in front of the house or near the house (no parking tickets necessary). You can use W-Lan for 8€/month, TV-connection is also available (which I never used). The two other roommates are two young and nice males (busy students, so no parties going on). The rent is 422.90 €/month, about 50€ for running costs.

The room is quiet, spacious and you have a separate balcony just for yourself (~ 2.5m x 1.2m). A table and 2/3 seats fits there easily. You watch directly into the garden of the house which you also can use, no street noises, easy neighbours.
